Sisilia Nasiga is in the Lake District for three months of intensive training. She needs to win the Oceania qualifying tournament in Australia in April in order to represent Fiji at London 2012. Her boot camp at the Kendal Dojo has been an eye opening experience for the 31 year old.

She said: "Back in Fiji my husband is my coach but it is not full time and we really haven't got the same facilities that are available here. All the good players and famous athletes are there. It is a bit like being in Hollywood for me."

Sisilia is well set to qualify for the games and says she's in the shape of her life. Training in Kendal has given her to find better sparring partners, a more scientific approach to training and the experience of European Judo. She hopes this will lead to a medal winning performance in London
