Caravan tax frustration
Dumfries MP Russell Brown has spoken of his frustration after a vote in the House of Commons narrowly voted to retain the new so called 'caravan tax' The move to add VAT on static holiday homes was revealed in last months budget.
Protestors were at Cameron's Dumfries visit.
A huge caravan emblazoned with the words 'No VAT on statics' parked at the hall in Dumfries where the PM was giving a speech.
