Growing concern for missing woman

There are growing concerns for a Silloth woman who has been missing from her home since 7th November.

Gwendolyn Watson, 52, from Abbeytown, was last seen travelling from the Upperby area of Carlisle into the City Centre around 3.45pm.

She was last seen wearing a pink zip-up fleece along with blue jeans and pink and white training shoes.

She has collar length dark hair with grey roots and glasses.

"We appeal to Gwendolyn to get in touch with us, we, and her family are concerned about her welfare and want to ensure that she is well.

"Gwendolyn left her home address on 7th November, despite a sighting of her on a bus, she has not been seen or heard from since. Anyone who has seen Gwendolyn or recognises her picture is asked to contact us.”

There are concerns for the welfare of a woman who has gone missing from a Cumbrian seaside town.

52 year old Gwendolyn Watson from Abbeytown, Silloth hasn't been seen since the 7th November.

Gwendolyn left her home and travelled to Carlisle to visit relatives. She was last seen on a number 68 bus travelling from the Upperby area of Carlisle into the city centre at around 3.45pm.

She was wearing a pink fleece, blue jeans and white trainers. She has collar length hair with grey roots and glasses. Cumbria police are appealing for anyone that may have seen Gwendolyn to get in touch by calling 101. She could be in the Silloth or Carlisle areas.
