A schoolgirl from Cockermouth in Cumbria is trying to raise £40,000 so she can receive specialist treatment for cerebal palsy in America. Megan White, 12, has so far managed to raise £6,000 towards the treatment with help from her family.

A Cockermouth school girl is trying to raise £40,000 so she can have the treatment she needs to enable her to ride a bike.
Megan White, 12, has cerebal palsy and wants to travel to America for stem cell treatment which could see her dream realised.
So far Megan and her family have raise £6,000 through donations.
