Castle Douglas Police Station is holding an open day, after undergoing refurbishment.
Members of the public will be given the chance to have a look around the new-look station, meet police dogs and be part of road safety demonstrations.
Local officers and staff will be on hand to answer any questions about the service provided to residents across the Stewartry area.
