Sunderland football star coaches Carlisle team
One of England's top female footballers is visiting school pupils in Carlisle.
Olympic female footballer Steph Houghton has treated school pupils in Carlisle to a football masterclass.
The under 13's girls football team at Trinity Secondary School, have been preparing for the North of England Regional Finals on 14th February.
If they win, they travel to Wembley Stadium for the final.

"They're a very talented bunch and I wish them all the best in the Regional Finals.
"I've been lucky enough to play at Wembley Stadium and there really is no beating it. If these girls play to the best of their ability they might have that chance i sure they'll do everyone proud. "

Steph Houghton from Sunderland, who plays for England's International Team and Arsenal Ladies, is giving pupils from Trinity School a masterclass in the game.
The 24-year-old, who was a key player for Team GB in the 2012 Olympic games, is coaching the Under 13's team.
