A new training centre for firefighters has officially opened in Dumfries. The facility will enable firefighters from across Dumfries and Galloway to practise everything from fighting fires to road crashes. Hannah McNulty reports.

The centre will provide a state of the art training facility for local firefighters, ensuring they are equipped to provide the highest standard of service for the community.
