The Heritage Lottery Fund has awarded nearly £10 million to create a new tourist attraction in Cumbria - it is designed to bring business to the region all year round.
The Windermere Steamboat Museum, which has been closed to the public since 2006, will move into a new building on the lake shore.

A new venue to showcase 200 years of boat building in the Lake District has been given a major boost.
Windermere Steamboat Museum has been awarded £9.4 million, which will allow the team to build a new museum and also enable them to provide training and apprenticeships.
