Local businesses are meeting for first time in Langholm today to try to improve tourism in the area.
A new initiative is being launched to help boost tourism in Langholm and the Scottish Borders.
Local traders, hoteliers and businesses will join tourism officers in a series of events at the Buccleuch Centre.
The one-day Event will focus on two key themes, exploring marketing and brand-development, and the benefits of working together and will be chaired by Gordon Mann, Chair of Destination Dumfries & Galloway, who are supporting the event.
