Cash boost for West Cumbrian engineering firm

A West Cumbrian engineering firm has had its project to build a deep water research facility boosted by a 150 thousand pound grant.

The money from Britain's Energy Coast will help Forth Engineering complete the building work and create 15 new jobs.

The whole project, to create a replica of some of Sellafield's nuclear ponds, will cost just under 2 million pounds and be ready to use by March next year.
