Our region's olympic curlers have returned home to a heroes' welcome.
The men's skip and silver medalist David Murdoch arrived at Edinburgh Airport yesterday along with the bronze medal winning women.
Lockerbie's Anna Sloan and Claire Hamilton - as well as Vicki Adams from Stranraer - were greeted by jubilant friends and family.

Our region's curlers have returned home from the Winter Olympics to a heroes welcome.
The men's skip, Lockerbie's David Murdoch won silver in Sochi and he was all smiles on his arrival at Edinburgh Airport.
The women won bronze in Russia. Claire Hamilton, Vicki Adams, and Anna Sloan, who are all also from Dumfries and Galloway, showed off their medals to family and friends.
Earlier in the day the team had met Prime Minister David Cameron at Downing Street.
Olympic curling champion David Murdoch has tweeted his excitement at visiting Downing Street yesterday with the rest of the Team GB medallists.
Our Olympic curlers have arrived back in the country and have been received by the Prime Minister.
The women's team, who won bronze in Sochi and the men who won silver, lined up outside Downing Street this morning. Later, they went inside to meet David Cameron.
They include The men's skip David Murdoch, is from Lockerbie, as are two of the women, Claire Hamilton and Anna Sloan. And a third member of the women's team, Vicki Adams, is from Stranraer. They'll be flying back home to Scotland this afternoon.
Dumfries and Galloway's Winter Olympics medal winners are back in the UK tonight.

The south of Scotland is preparing to welcome home Curling silver medallist David Murdoch, from Lockerbie, and Bronze medallists Claire Hamilton and Anna Sloan, also from Lockerbie, and Vicki Adams from Stranraer.
The Team GB athletes touched down at Heathrow this evening and are expected to arrive at Edinburgh Airport at about 5.30pm tomorrow (Tuesday).
