There's been a rise in the number of people abandoning horses on other people's land in the Carlisle area. The northern branch of the Country Land and Business Association says it should be made a criminal offence. Lori Carnochan reports:
Four men have been arrested after reports of 'disorder' at a bar in Carlisle.
Police were called to Gallagher’s Irish Bar on St Nicholas Street at 1.37am this morning.
Three men from Carlisle aged between 31 and 56-years-old were arrested along with a 26-year-old man from Rotherham.
One person was injured and taken to the Cumberland Infirmary with minor injuries.
Police ask anyone with any information about the incident to call Cumbria Police on the 101 number.
