– Bettina Dawson
"I love my job, You meet all sorts of folk and I eat chips everyday of my life. I have to test them.
"I work six days a week from 10am to 10pm. I'd work seven if my family would let me."
A 90-year-old chip shop worker from Dumfries and Galloway is thought to be the world's longest-serving chip shop worker.
Bettina Dawson, who still works six nights a week, has served around half a million fish suppers in her 77 years of working at The Moffat Chippy.
Mrs Dawson started helping her parents out behind the counter in 1936 and apart from working at a munitions factory during the second world war, she has worked there ever since.
