An earthquake was recorded in Cumbria yesterday.
The 1.3 magnitude quake hit Millhouse near Hesket Newmarket at around 3:20pm according to the British Geological Survey.
People in Kirkby Lonsdale were shaken up by a small earthquake today, 9 February.
It happened just before 12pm, measured 2.0 on the Richter Scale, and had a depth of 12km.
