A group of youngsters with learning difficulties in Cumbria have been nominated for a national award.
The young people from Carlisle's Mencap have produced two DVDs to help people with learning disabilities feel safer when they're on their own.

Carlisle's Mencap team will go down to Lodnon next month as they comet against other teams of young people for a a national award.
The group were put forward for the award by the High Sheriff Juilet Westoll for their DVD 'Keeping Safe' which was produced by young people with learning disabilities for young people.
Carlisle Mencap has launched a DVD aimed at keeping those with learning disabilities safe when at home and out and about.
The 'Keeping Safe DVD' was launched by the High Sheriff Juliet Westoll.
The DVD was made by men and women with learning disabilities and covers a range of issues including bullying, staying safe at home and when on public transport.
It is the second DVD the charity has put together.
