Olympic Rower Matt Wells has been visiting school children at Trinity School in Carlisle.
He spoke to ITV Border about his sporting achievements including four Olympic Games:

He joined the year 7 Trinity School students for a variety of activities including wake boarding, judo, waterpolo and of course rowing.
During an hour long assembly he explained to the students about his sporting achievements including four Olympic Games.
The visit is part of the Olympic legacy to Inspire a Generation.
