The death of a teenager from Carlisle who fell off a balcony whilst on holiday, has been described as a 'dreadful accident' by the coroner.

Inquest into death of Cumbrian teen
The inquest into the death of a teenager from Carlisle has heard that he died from head injuries after falling around 40 feet from a balcony whilst on holiday.
Tom McNeill had been on an organised pub crawl in the Bulgarian resort of Sunny Beach the night he died, but a friend said that he wasn't very drunk. A pillow was seen by a witness on top of the wall of the balcony and it's thought the 17 year old might have fallen off after falling asleep.

The inquest is taking place today into the death of a Carlisle teenager who fell off a balcony whilst on holiday in Bulgaria last year. 17 year old Tom McNeill was in the resort of Sunny Beach with school friend Jordan Robson and his family, when the accident happened.
