A walker has been reported missing after failing to turn up at a Cumbrian Guest House.
Karen Logan, aged 44 from Essex was taking part in a Coast-to-Coast Walk. She was reported missing at 7:30am on Friday 7th August after failing to turn up at Greenbank Farm Bed and Breakfast in Patterdale, near Glenridding.
She was last seen leaving the Gillercombe Bed and Breakfast in Rosthwaite, Borrowdale, wearing a dark strappy top, dark leggings, croc-style shoes and a pink rucksack with a Bag for Life.
She has been described as white, with blue eyes, of an average build, with brown shoulder length hair.
Mountain Rescue teams are joining Cumbria Police in the search.

A woman from Brampton has died after falling 330 feet to the bottom of Black Crag in Borrowdale.
65-year-old Jaqueline Jackson, from Heads Nook, was out walking when the accident happened at 8.15pm on Thursday (2nd May).
Members from Keswick Mountain Rescue attended the scene, but the woman died.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
A 71 year old walker has died in the Lake District.
The man was taken ill yesterday at 7pm as he walked along the banks of Buttermere after having a suspected heart attack.
Mountain rescue team members and paramedics tried to save him.
