A jury will continue deliberations today in the case of a man accused of disability benefits fraud worth nearly £40,000.
Leigh Neilly from Silloth was cleared of one charge yesterday but a verdict has yet to be reached on a second.
Mr Neilly was secretly filmed by Department of Work and Pension investigators, playing golf on Silloth golf course.
He denies all the charges that were brought.
