Stuart Lancaster to be England Rugby Union coach
Reports are suggesting that Stuart Lancaster, the Cumbrian who was temporarily given the role of head coach of England's rugby union team following Martin Johnsons resignation, will be handed the role permanently this afternoon.
An announcement is expected just after 12.
