The trial of a former takeaway owner, accused of running a brothel from his Carlisle restaurant, is entering it's fourth day.
Azad Miah denies 17 charges, eight of paying for the sexual services of a child, eight of inciting child prositution and one of keeping a brothel.
It's alleged that he incited six girls aged between 12 and 16 to be prostitutes.
Azad Miah was the owner of the former Spice of India takeaway in Botchergate in Carlisle.
The restaurant has since closed and changed hands. The trial is expected to last for three weeks.
