Milk price cut for farmers
Local farmers have warned of tough times ahead after several major suppliers cut the price of milk by around 2 pence per litre.
NFU representatives in Cumbria have called for farmers to get a fair deal, and are hopeful that new government legislation might give them more control over the price of milk.
