Events have been taking place across the region to mark Armed Forces Day, a national celebration of the UK's Armed Forces.
In Carlisle a number of organisations including the Royal British Legion, Royal Air Force, Carlisle Gurkha and Nepalese Association and Cadet Units set up stalls and took part in displays.
