A famous rally racing company in Cumbria is opening its doors to students to try attract potential race engineers for the future.
M-Sport, which manages the award-winning Ford World Rally team, is holding a seminar for 20 people to answer their questions on opportunities in the industry.
The Cockermouth business employs more than 200 people and has been the brains behind Ford's rally racing since 1997.
