There are celebrations for Cumberland's cricketers. They have won their first one day competition for 23 years. They beat Wiltshire by seven wickets in the final of the MCCA trophy in Buckinghamshire.
Wiltshire were bowled out for 184, Cumberland easily made their target reaching186 for 3.
The top scorer was Josh Tolley with 67. The youngest player Liam Livingston scored 16 not out and hit a boundary to win the match.
Ian Sharp the team manager said:
'It's been a hell of a journey but I am very pleased, it's the proudest moment in my eight years as the club team manager."
