Injured soldier scales Skiddaw
A soldier who was paralysed after being shot in the neck in Afghanistan scaled one of the highest mountains in England. Mark Harding, from Wigton, was hit by a sniper's bullet while on patrol in Helmand Province two years ago.
The Lance Corporal, who spent months recovering in hospital, walked to the summit of Skiddaw in the Lake District.
