Children from across the Scottish Borders are trying out sports from the Paralympic games today. Nearly 100 children with disabilities are taking part in the event at Tweedbank Sports Complex in Galashiels.
They're getting a taste of seven different Paralympic sports, including rugby, tennis and athletics.
