A giant pumpkin is heading for Whitehaven to become a centrepiece for a local restaurant as Halloween looms. Staff at The Waterfront Restaurant in the town plan to transform the 800 pound vegetable into something spooky for Halloween.
To put it in context the pumpkin weighs about the same as a Grizzly Bear or a Tiger!Quite what designs they have planned are as yet a mystery. It's likely to take until Wednesday to finish their West Cumbria jack-o-lantern.
