A new Early Years Unit is to be opened at Brook Street School in Carlisle. It has been funded by a government grant to help deal with increasing pupil numbers. It replaces the building which used to house the Carlisle Music Centre:
School head, Jan Ditchburn said:
"This is great news for the young people in our school. We are already proud of the education we can offer our pupils who come from many different social and cultural backgrounds. This new building will help us enhance what we provide even further."
