A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of a 21 year old woman was found in west Cumbria.
Police found the body in a property on Newlands Gardens, Workington on the 11th November 2012, after they received a call about a sudden death.
At this stage the death is being treated as suspicious and unexplained.An investigation has been launched and formal identification is being arranged.
Home Officer pathologist has been contacted and post mortem will take place today.
A 28 year old local man has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in police custody.
