Border Weather: Weather warning for TUESDAY
A further spell of rain is expected to move quickly northwards across Scotland during Tuesday morning.
This may lead to localised flooding and possible disruption to transport.
The rain will be accompanied by a strong and gusty southerly wind but should clear away northeast in the early afternoon.
