Clear skies continue to dominate the weather story overnight, especially in the west.
There's a chance showers in the North Sea could feed onto the east coast as the winds move in from the north.
This brings a Met Office 'Be Aware' warning for The Borders for a risk of icy stretches, as well as the risk of showers falling wintry if they develop inland.
The east/west spilt continues into Monday - cold for everyone, mainly dry & bright but a few showers (wintry inland) feeding in from the east.
