Four friends are planning to cycle more than 1,200 miles to raise money for ex-servicemen's charities on a tandem made for four. One of the group was badly injured by a roadside bomb in Iraq.

Full report: Soldiers ride in tandem

A former soldier who was badly injured by a roadside bomb is trying to raise thousand of pounds to help other military personnel in need.

Robert Reid from Jedburgh, and three of his rugby-playing friends, are combining their love of the sport with a cycle challenge - on a quad tandem.
