It's important to 'get the kids engaged in sport'

Bethany Woodward won a Silver and Bronze medal at the London 2012 Paralympic Games.

She told ITV Border why it's important for children to take part in sport and learn about the paralympics:


World class athletes visit Carlisle school

World class javelin thrower Lee Doran, who is originally from Carlisle, is visiting pupils at his former school- Richard Rose Morton Academy. He will be joined by paralympian Bethany Woodward.
