A woman's body has been found during a search of the river at Langwathby Bridge, near Penrith.
Detectives were searching the area after a local woman was reported missing.
The body was found at 4.45am this morning (December 20th).
Police say that initial enquiries suggest there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
