Thursday: A cloudy and mild start. Some sunshine will develop during the morning, especially for The Borders, but cloud will thicken from the southwest bringing rain and drizzle at times into the afternoon but nothing too heavy. Eastern parts should remain dry. A mild high of 11/12C
