A couple from Southport have been travelling around 160 miles to Ullswater, almost daily, to search for their missing dog.
The four-year-old black and white coloured Jack Russell, called Joey, ran off whilst out a walk with his owner, Paul Meadows.
Mr Meadows was walking along High Street, above Ullswater, on 18th December when Joey took off in the mist to see other dogs.
Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team have been helping Paul and his wife Wendy search for Joey, but so far they have been unsuccessful.
