Police and emergency services are dealing with a serious road accident in the car park of Penrith Hospital.
The incident, involving a car and a pedestrian, happened at around 11.25am this morning (16th January).
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to contact the Roads Policing Unit at Cumbria Police by dialling 101.
