Serious road accident in Carlisle
Two air ambulances, and police and fire rescue services have attended a serious road accident in Carlisle.
The accident happened at Harker Road End near Kingmoor at around 2pm, and involved a skip wagon and a black car.
Police are now looking to trace the driver of a dark coloured car seen along the Gretna to Kingmoor road, before making a left turn onto Parkhouse road.
It is believed that the driver may have witnessed the accident.
Anyone who witnessed the accident is asked to contact Cumbria Police on 101.
