Students studying media at Carlisle College are being treated to an acting masterclass from John Hurt.
The special class is being held as part of the launch of Keswick film festival.
Students will be given pointers on their acting and directing skills, as well as working with Don Boyd, producer of 'the Tempest' as part of their hour within small groups to create a more personal and fulfilling workshop.
"When we were sat down and told about the planned experience, none of us could believe it.
"As students we look up to actors of such calibre and the fact John is an experience director also just enhances the experience and opportunity."
