Two people have been killed and a number of others injured in a collision on the M6 in south Cumbria.
A total of eight vehicles including lorries and cars were involved in the crash north of Burton-in-Kendal at about 8:15 this morning.
A lorry driver and a driver on a HGV died in the accident.
Cumbria Police said more than 20 emergency vehicles were on the scene following the incident at around 8.15am today:
