A man has been arrested after a five hour stand-off at a pub in Brampton, Cumbria. Officers were called to reports a man in the Howard Arms in the town centre had a weapon last night (Friday).
People around the area were told to stay indoors. Following negotiations, a 42 year old man was arrested inside the pub. He's being questioned on suspicion of making threats to kill. No weapon was found.
