The route for the most spectacular stage of the Tour of Britain has been unveiled and it's going to test some of the world's best cyclists.
The Lake District leg will see the riders compete for the King of the Mountains title as they go over Honister Pass.
They will also sprint along West Cumbria's Energy Coast on the journey from Carlisle to Kendal.
