The route for the next spectacular stage of the Tour of Britain has been unveiled.
The latest leg of the cycle race will start in Carlisle and make its way to Kendal via West Cumbria's energy coast - Honister and Ambleside.
Honister will be the highest point of the route - giving the cyclists a real challenge.
