Olympic gold medalist Scott Brash received an MBE from the Queen at Holyrood Palace this morning.
The 27-year-old showjumping star, from Peebles, won team Gold on his Olympic debut last year.
He was among seventy people from all walks of life to be honoured at the ceremony in Edinburgh.
