The countdown has started to next year's Commonwealth Games. There's exactly one year to go until the largest sports event ever hosted in Scotland, gets underway in Glasgow.
Organisers are hoping it will inspire thousands of young people across the south of Scotland and in Cumbria to get involved in sport - just like the London Olympics did nearly a year ago.
