Borders farmers calling for changes to meat production

Farmers in the Borders are calling for changes to what they say is a "bizarre" system which means the meat they produce cannot be labelled as Scottish.

Lambs and pigs from the area are having to be slaughtered in England because there are no longer any abattoirs in the Borders.

However, that means the meat has to be labelled as British rather than Scottish.
