A teenage Javelin thrower from Cumbria is targeting next year's Commonwealth Games after winning her fourth Scottish Championship at the weekend.

Natasha Wilson, from Wigton, made her debut for Team GB earlier this year and has now set her sights on representing England in her first major championships in Glasgow in 2014.

Ryan Dollard went to see Natasha training in Carlisle.
