Police are appealing for witnesses after 19-year-old Keiran Currie died as a result of a road collision on the A75 on Saturday night (17th August).
The incident happened at 2.40am near to Calgow Farm, about one mile east of Newton Stewart.
Police are looking to speak to the people who stopped to offer help shortly after the accident.
They were travelling in a small blue car.
