Grace Little Centre not operating at full capacity

A centre which provides vital respite care for children with learning disabilities says it can't operate at full capacity, because of funding shortages.

The Grace Little Centre in Carlisle's Kingmoor Park which was built by the charity MENCAP celebrated its first birthday today.
